Dr. Kompier is a Michigan native who graduated from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She obtained her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Kompier is passionate about helping her patients feel better so they can return to the activities they enjoy. Her professional interests include all aspects of foot/ankle care. During her training, Dr. Kompier fell in love with the area and loves being a part of the community, serving its residents, and calling central Indiana home.
In her personal life, Dr. Kompier is married and enjoys spending her time outside the office traveling, baking, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and her dog, a goldendoodle named Abbey.
